Exciting news. I will be going live every friday night at 8pm GMT with a yang and yin class.
This class will be 60 minutes long with the first half hour being Vinyasa (fast paced) and the second half being Yin. Why? Because we need balance in our lives. We need the fast with the slow.
I wanted to calm you before bed but also feel like you have done some work, so i have mixed it up a little with both.
