Vegan korma

This is so yummy. I hope you enjoy too. Serves … Alot


2 cans coconut milk
150g cashews
4 tbsp olive oil
2 cups frozen onions
1 tbsp garlic granules
1 tbsp ginger
3 tbsp mild curry powder
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp coriander
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp tumeric
2 tsp cloves
100g tomato puree
2 tbsp brown sugar

1 bag of frozen mixed veg
½ bag frozen sweet potato chunks
1 bag no chicks (iceland)

Blend cashews and coconut milk together. Add everything to a hot pot and leave on high for 4-5 hours.
