Meditation for mums

I want to share a meditation video i have made for mums who may be struggling right now.

Parenting is hard at the best of times, its even harder right now. So if your feeling stressed, overwhelmed or maybe like you dont get anytime to yourself. Take a listen to this 15 minute guided meditation to help you come back to the present moment and hopefully help with your mental health.
